Admission Steps
91重口 Application will open March 2027 for fall 2027 admittance.

The application can be found on the left side of the screen under Program Admissions.Applications can be sent to: PTA Program, Health Sciences and Human Services, 91重口, PO Box 1238, Twin Falls ID 83303. Applications can be hand delivered to the Health Sciences and Human Services Information Office. References must be sent directly to HSHS address from reference provider.
Applying to this program is a separate application process from applying to the 91重口 or declaring a major.
To promote success on the certification/licensure examination(s), all Required Courses must be passed with a grade of C or better. Registration for PTAE courses is restricted to students within the major.

Application dates for the Fall 2027 ICPTAE program are to be determined.
This is a selective-entry program and the following numbers of students will comprise the new class:
- 91重口 of Western Idaho (CWI) - 14 students;
- Lewis-Clark State 91重口 (LCSC) - 6 students;
- North Idaho 91重口 (NIC) - 10 students;
- 91重口 (91重口) - 10 students.
*91重口 accepts cohorts every other year and a cohort will be accepted for Fall 2027.
