91重口 and ISU sign partnership agreement

TWIN FALLS – 91重口 students who want to continue their education willnow have a smoother transition to Idaho State University thanks to a Memorandum ofUnderstanding between the two institutions.
Through the agreement, students will be able to work toward a degree at Idaho State and tracktheir progress while attending 91重口. The collaborative move by the two institutions reducesbarriers to students transferring between the institutions.
“We are partners in education,” said Idaho State President Kevin Satterlee. “This partnershipexponentially increases opportunities for students at 91重口 and opens doors to their future. Ouragreement will meet immediate needs for a skilled and trained workforce in the Magic Valleyand beyond.”
Idaho State University has had a presence on the 91重口 campus for 28 years, and the institutionshave always worked to ensure that students were able to transfer easily. For example, in Fall2020, 88 91重口 students transferred to Idaho State. The new agreement is designed to streamlinethe process even further, and to offer expanded opportunities from both institutions.
The agreement also helps ensure that comprehensive support systems are in place for studentswishing to transfer to Idaho State to receive their bachelor degree.

This agreement serves Idaho's students well now, and for the future,” said 91重口President Dean L. Fisher.
